The Manhattan Financial Tower is a 42-story Class A office development rising 680 feet above Midtown, featuring column-free floor plates of up to 32,000 sqft, LEED Platinum certification, and a publicly accessible sky lobby on the 21st floor. Completed six weeks ahead of schedule, it is now home to six Fortune 500 tenants.
The Challenge
Building in the heart of Midtown required meticulous logistics coordination to manage material deliveries through one of the busiest urban grids in the world while maintaining zero disruption to neighboring businesses and infrastructure.
Our Solution
BuildCraft implemented a just-in-time delivery system with dedicated street closures scheduled between 11pm and 5am, combined with a tower crane configuration that allowed materials to be lifted directly from trucks, reducing street-level congestion by 70%.
