Hudson Valley Equestrian Estate

A sprawling 12,400 sqft private residence featuring seven bedrooms, a professional kitchen, wine cellar, and indoor pool, complemented by a 16-stall working stable complex with a covered training arena. The project drew on traditional Hudson Valley vernacular architecture rendered in modern materials and systems.

The Challenge

Integrating high-performance smart home infrastructure and mechanical systems into a structure designed to reflect 19th-century estate aesthetics required concealment of modern services without compromising period detailing.

Our Solution

A dedicated millwork and joinery team worked from BIM-coordinated models to design hidden service runs into structural elements, allowing all mechanical, electrical, and data systems to be fully accessible without compromising the architectural expression.
